NATO acts like a country

Dilma out: Brazilian plutocracy sets 54mn votes on fire

by Pepe Escobar for Russia Today
Never in modern political history has it been so easy to “abolish the people” and simply erase 54 million votes cast in a free and fair presidential election.
Forget about hanging chads, as in Florida 2000. This is a day that will live in infamy all across the Global South – when what was one of its most dynamic democracies veered into a plutocratic regime, under a flimsy parliamentary/judicial veneer, with legal and constitutional guarantees now at the mercy of lowly comprador elites.

Stand up Ovation for the Father of propaganda: BBC calls NATO a Country

“Russia has been flexing its military muscle near to Nato’s borders and the Alliance has responded by stepping up its own military exercises.”
“Russia has a track record of being misleading and worse – not least over its intervention in both Ukraine and Syria” What’s apparently worse is not mentioned -excellent propaganda technique.
I note though a few cracks in the deceptive writing -odd for the virulently russophobic BBC -still they forgot to mention this system has nothing to do with protecting anybody and everything to do with a US first strike attack on Russia -and defeating any defensive Russian missiles.

Romania and Poland now have laser targets on their heads -how much money went under the table?

The Ukraine between Fascism, Ochlocracy and Breakup

This article was written for the Unz Review: http://www.unz.com/tsaker/the-ukraine-between-fascism-ochlocracy-and-breakup/

There is less talk about the rump-Ukraine in the news these days, especially in the western corporate media, and there is a good reason for that: that short-lived Urkonazi “Banderastan” is falling apart. This is hardly surprising since the entire concept was never viable in the first place. Let’s remember how it all began.

The Well That Never Runs Dry

Comment by Dr. N.G. Maroudas

That classical concert Palmyra, with the sun shining on the golden stone of antiquity, celebrates the return of Syria to its normal civilized self. Once again Syria impresses the world by its ability to shrug off foreign Empires. A Yankee tourist wrote 150 years ago that everything in the USA was bigger and better than anything in the Middle East – except for Damascus, which awed him totally. From Mark Twain’s book, “The Yankees Abroad”:

CIA & the Amerikan government responsible for the impending disaster in Venezuela.

There's no doubt that the CIA & the Amerikan government are responsible for this impending disaster in Venezuela.

1.) In 2011, Edward Snowden revealed that the Amerikan government ordered the NSA & the CIA to spy on a Venezuelan oil firm - Petroleos De Venezuela. The agents disguised as diplomats in Caracas while cracking open PDVSA's computer network & accessed over 10,000 employee contact profiles full of email addresses, phone numbers & other useful targeting information including usernames & passwords.

And Ofcourse, the operation was carried out in concert with the Amerikan embassy in Caracas. (This is Y I believe all Amerikan embassies in Africa should be shut down - Benghazi style )

We still remember how Amerika accused the Chinese government of hacking into Amerikan companies & stealing secrets in September 2015.

Statement from the office of the Vice President on fuel pricing debate

Read the statement below...
Fellow Citizens:
I have read the various observations about the fuel pricing regime and the attendant issues generated. All certainly have strong points.
The most important issue of course is how to shield the poor from the worst effects of the policy.  I will hopefully address that in another note.
Permit me an explanation of the policy. First, the real issue  is not a removal of subsidy. At $40 a barrel there isn't much of a subsidy to remove.
