Cultural conflict: What is wrong with A Muslim man Shaking A Female That His Not His Wife (Buhari + Lara Fortes Oshiomole)

Nigerian (Muslims) on twitter had a civil argument earlier prior today on the legitimateness of Gen. Buhari shaking the hands of Oshiomole’s new wife (Lara Fortes) in light of the fact that she is a lady and it is unlawful in islam for a man to shake hands with a lady who is not his wife, what are your thoughts on this?
