The PDP BoT has appointed Sen. Walid Jibril as its substantive chairman and former Minister of Transportation, Chief Ojo Maduekwe as its secretary.The decision was reached this afternoon at a meeting in abuja.
Walid was the party's acting national secretary before his appointment today.
