Widow, Daughters Keep Hubby’s Corpse In A Room For Two Years

The corpse of a man who died over two years ago but was concealed in a room by his widow and children has been uncov­ered.  The incident happened at 14, Mustapha Street, Ojokoro area of Lagos State.

The deceased, one Hassan, Sunday Sun gathered, died two years ago at the age of 65 but his widow in connivance with his children allegedly kept the news of his death secret and locked up his corpse in one of the rooms in their house.

The two-year-old corpse, Sunday Sun learnt was discov­ered after one of the deceased’s daughters engaged one of their neighbours in a fight in front of the room. The door of the room was said to have been acciden­tally broken while they struggled with each other.
