Five teen Nigerian girls won the Technovation international app challenge with their creation, a community waste disposal app. The girls, Praise David-Oku, Sonam Kumar, Nmesoma Ogbonna, Charlotte Takem and Grace Akpoiroro, all from Cross River State, and call themselves Team Charis, beat 10 girl teams from different countries. Photo: ISIS releases a video of a child beheading a Syrian army captain

Yesterday, ISIS released a brutal execution video, which shows a child fighter beheading a Syrian army captain in Palmyra. ISIS claimed the army officer was captured near Hir Palace, located in the western countryside of Homs. In the video, a soldier is seen giving a knife to the boy, who does the beheading and puts the head over his lifeless body. ISIS have started using little children for executions. Just two weeks ago, ISIS released an execution video showing teenagers executing 25 Syrian soldiers by shooting them in the head in Palmyra

Police Brutality: Police in Benin Assaulted Man over too much tattoos on his Body.

The casualty, a man named Jerry Guobadia, said he was leaving the bank when two policemen in an unbranded vehicle halted him and attempted to compel him into their vehicle. He said he opposed and asked them for what good reason he was being arrested…and they supposedly let him know the tattoos on his body was too much.  He said he found their reason suspicious and opposed being captured. What’s more, that when the policemen purportedly descended on him. He likewise affirmed that the policemen took the cash he had with him. Man stabs 79 year old to death after the pensioner crashed into his 'Classic car'

A man said to be in his 30s stabbed a 79 year old man to death last night on the A24 road at Findon, West Sussex, UK after a minor crash. The pensioner was said to have crashed into the man's car and he got out of the car to confront the old man. They began arguing and the young man stabbed the old man multiple times, got into his car and drove off. Other road users called police and paramedics An air ambulance crew and paramedics desperately carried out first aid on the pensioner, but he died at the roadside. Police are hunting the knifeman, who is described as a white man, aged between 30 and 40, 6ft tall, skinny with shoulder length brown wavy hair with a thin face.

The Assistant Treasurer of the APC in Amuwo Odofin LGA of Lagos State, Daramola Omoshalewa was shot dead yesterday in Festac town by two gunmen on commercial motorcycle who identified him before shooting him point blank in the chest and back. He was shot dead in front of the party secretariat in the local government at 3rd Avenue, K Close, House 12, Festac town while standing with the APC Youth Leader in the local government, Alhaji Abubakar Mai. The Emir of Zaria, Alhaji Shehu Idris has cancelled this year's Sallah Durbar. According to BBC Hausa, the emir cancelled it due to security reasons. Recall that over 40 people were killed in a suicide attack in Sabongari, Kaduna state on July 7th.

He asked on the fabric and requesting that they eat it…and they all complied! Wouldn’t he be stopped or this is just normal live film trick like we have some in Nigeria but not this extreme ?
