Ireland Baldwin stepped out in T-shirt with no bra ..and then the rain fell...:-)

The 19 year old model and daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger stepped out in New York yesterday wearing a thin black T-shirt a with no bra - and then got caught in a downpour.
