Today 11 december 2014, the people’s general Muhammadu Buhari became the flag bearer of the APC having scored 3430 vote out of the 8000 votes casted. It is undoubtedly clear to all people that 2015 elections are going to be totally different from all our previous election Nigeria has seen.
The way the APC organized their primary election is commendable and is truly democratic.
I rejoice and commend the Nigerian masses for their constant prayers and hopefulness in maintaining their determination in ensuring a free, fair and credible elections in 2015. The people must register and collect their voter’s card in order to complement their hope and determination for a better future in 2015 and beyond.
The general’s road to Aso rock has been swept and cleaned today. The general should remain focused and determined to make a very good show come 2015. The general is yet to chose a running mate, credibility, experience, dedication should be among the top good qualities the general should look at when choosing a running mate. Faith, tribal and regional affiliation should not be a prerequisite qualities.
As we move closer to elections by the day, I pray to Almighty God to see us through and give us the best leaders. I call on the political actors to please put Nigeria first before any other personal feelings. They should be patriotic, patient and peace loving in going about their political activities.
