Police Offering N5 million Reward For Information On Ikorodu Bank Robbery -


Police is not joking about this Ikorodu robbery oh. After the robbery of 2 banks at Ikorodu on Wednesday and a previous robbery 3 weeks ago in the same Ikorodu location, police is now offering a very big reward for any information on the robbers. The robbers, 10 in number, who raided 2 banks, snatched 2 SUVs, and burnt 3 of their vehicles are now a big way to land yourself N5 million naira. So, if you have any information about the robbers, go to the station and report, you just may earn yourself N5 million naira!

Lagos state governor, Ambode visits the Apapa road traffic gridlock


Lagos state senator, Akinwunmi Ambode visited Apapa-Oshodi expressway yesterday June 25th to have a direct affair of the activity gridlock created by petroleum tanker drivers who park their tanks on the freeway while going to get fuel at the Apapa Petroleum stop.
He debilitated to anction failing tanker drivers who stop on extensions and streets in Apapa. He said that an extraordinary team group will be set up soon that will guarantee free flow of movement in the territory.See more pics bellow.

Holding politicians accountable

All that we get to read or hear these days is how much the three tiers of government in the country shared and how broke they later became.

Now that they have shared N409bn and dispersed to their respective states, what next? Just wait and watch the dollar and pounds sterling become scarce.

This has become our monthly routine and ugly experiences because the media and civil rights activists who should ask the right questions never bother to rightfully extract from these politicians in very consistent and sustainable manners how they spend these monies that are obviously not their pocket monies.

President Buhari appoints Accountant General of the Federation


President Buhari has appointed a serving director in the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development, Ahmed Idris, as the new Accountant General of the Federation. The appointment was made known by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Danladi Kifasi, through a statement by his Director of Communications, Haruna Imrana, today June 25th. The statement in part reads
“President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Alhaji Ahmed Idris as the Accountant General of the Federation. The appointment takes immediate effect from 25th of June 2015″.

Gobe!! Man leaves his SUV at Car wash, returns to find it bashed (Pics)

As per the story, a man dropped his SUV at a car wash in Abuja for it be washed and left. Furthermore, when he returned, the SUV had been basically bashed. As indicated by what happened, when the young men at the car wash heard that some FCT ecological taskforce were going to the range, one of the young men jumped into the SUV and attempted to drive the auto away so it doesn't get seized by taskforce authorities. Be that as it may, as opposed to driving the auto, the inexperienced driver lost control of the SUV and crushed it into a wall. Above is the way the SUV owner met his auto when he came back to pick it up. I can't imagine how he would have felt. C AR2

Death Row Convict Allegedly Tips Warden 50,000 Naira to escape From Prison

A convict on death row, simply identified as Wale, has allegedly escaped from the Kirikiri Maximum Prison after purportedly bribing a Nigerian Prisons Service (NPS) warden with the sum of N50, 000.
Wale, a murder convict was sentenced to death for killing his friend and burying him to avoid detection. He had also buried his victim’s car.

Photo: Suspected Baron nabbed for Producing Drugs

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) yesterday said it had arrested a suspected drug baron who specialised in sponsoring drug couriers to China, Malaysia, Turkey, Italy and other foreign countries.


Addressing journalists at office of the agency at Ikoyi, Lagos, the NDLEA Chairman, Ahmadu Giade, said the 37-year-old suspect, Sylvester Chukwunwendu, was also a producer of methamphetamine in Anambra State. Giade said that Chukwunwendu was arrested at Ozubulu in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State based on intelligence report received by the agency on April 23, 2014.
