Tupac Shakur's former group member dies

Hussein Fatal was a member of The Outlawz, formerly known as Outlaw Immortalz and Dramacydal, an American hip hop group founded by Tupac Shakur in late 1995 after his release from prison. He was killed yesterday July 11th in a car accident. He was 38. Details surrounding the fatal car crash have yet to emerge. His sudden death has been confirmed by fellow group members EDI & Napoleon via their social media accounts.

This 14 year old girl named Chiawolam Comfort Umeh (pictured above) committed suicide on July 7th after she was gruesomely gang-raped by 3 men on June 28th at Iyienyi Village, near Okwoyi Community, in Isieke, Ibeku, in Umuahia North LGA of Abia State. Photos: 17 year old boy allegedly rapes 5 year old girl in Anambra

The 17 year old boy pictured above tied up has been arrested after allegedly raping a 5 year old girl at Okpoko area in Onitsha, Anambra state yesterday July 11th. Residents say the young man who lives next door to the victim, raped her after asking her to help him to buy moi-moi. When the little girl entered his house, he covered her mouth and raped her... The little girls scream attracted a neighbour who quickly alerted others around and they apprehended him. He denied raping the girl but on examination, the girl showed she was actually penetrated. The young man is now in police custody.

Four killed after Boko Haram attacks prison in Niger Republic

Four persons have been confirmed dead after suspected Boko Haram members attempted a jail break at a prison in the southern Niger town of Diffa yesterday July 11th. The sect members attacked the prison with the hope of setting some of their members free. Three of the sect members and a soldier were killed during the incident.

I should have a say about the number of kids...

My wife and I have one child and she's on family planning. Now she's saying she wants another child and I told her all I want is one. Our daughter is okay for me and that's all I want. She tells me I'm a selfish man and I say no that the economy is not smiling. .. and that since she's not working we cannot afford another child or even if we can, I do not see the need for that. She tells me what if something happens to the only child and I ask her if having kids has become a gamble. Honestly I feel that the one who provides for the family should decide the number of kids. I feel so because those who apply pressure on people to have kids only celebrate when the child is born and from there you are on your own. And when things get tough, they start to call you a weak man who cannot provide for his family. I just want one child and I'm satisfied with it.

President Buhari recalls ambassadors

Pres. Buhari has recalled Nigerian non-career ambassadors in foreign countries. The ambassadors were recalled as part of efforts to reposition the country’s foreign policies. The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, confirmed the recall.
Adesina said only non-career ambassadors are affected in the recall.

“Yes, I can confirm to you that non-career ambassadors have been recalled by the Federal Government,” the presidential spokesman said.

Rapper Capo killed in Chicago

Capo a rapper associated with Chief Keef's Glo Gang was shot dead yesterday July 11th in the South Side of Chicago. Police said the shooting took place around 2 pm yesterday and Capo was hit in the back and hip. The 22-year-old was rushed to a local hospital where he later died. TMZ reports that when the suspects were fleeing, they hit a baby stroller with their vehicle and also killed a 13-month-old boy. A disturbing video is floating around online showing Capo in a pool of blood on the sidewalk just minutes after the shooting. The police currently have two suspects in custody.
