Obama visits prison; pushes reform

On Thursday, President Barack Obama visited the Federal Correctional Institution El Reno, a medium-security facility near Oklahoma City, becoming the 1st sitting president to visit a federal prison.

Earlier this week, President Barack Obama commuted the prison sentences of 46 people serving lengthy jail terms for nonviolent drug offenses.

Italian Prime Minister rocks bullet proof vest to visit Kenya's President (Photos)

Imagine this. Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi wore a well-cut suit to meet the president of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta at Kenya's State House on Wednesday July 15th but beneath the suit, he wore a bullet proof vest. Kenyans of course took to twitter to slam the Italian PM. Some don't blame him sha. Kenya has been hit with a series of horrific terror attacks, but wearing that inside the State House? 10yr old gives birth hours after complaining of stomach ache at school

A girl of 10 who complained at school of stomach ache gave birth just hours later. She was rushed to hospital in Brazil by teachers and found her to be in the late stages of labour. Although only 7 months pregnant, the girl gave birth normally.

The girl and her baby are being cared for in the hospital's neonatal unit. She told police her ­stepfather, 40, abused her. He is now accused of rape.

Customs' thugs mistakenly kill innocent trader over 'settlement'

On Friday, July 10,a  28 year old trader Kabiru Mohammed, was said to be dealing in second-hand shoes and was returning from the Seme area in his car at about 5am.was when he was stopped at a checkpoint manned by customs officials around the Federal Government College area in Ijanikin.

It was gathered that after the inspection by the NCS officials, Mohammed was told he could leave.

Face of the man who shot dead four marines in terror attack in Tennessee

This is the man who shot dead 4 US marines in Chattanooga, Tennessee today with a high powered rifle. He also injured a soldier and a police officer. His name is Muhammod Youssuf Abdulazeez and he's 24 years old. He is a naturalized US citizen from Kuwait. He was shot dead after he engaged law enforcement. It is believed he acted alone...and the attack is being treated as a terrorist attack.
