Broke? Tyga facing eviction after falling behind 2 months rent on his house

Well, his girlfriend just bought a $2.7m home so he has a place to go to if he's evicted. According to TMZ, Tyga's landlord has given him until Saturday to come up with $50,000 or he has to get out. "Tyga's being sued by his landlord for failing to pay two months rent on his house in posh Calabasas. The pad rents for $25k/month ... and the landlord says he's behind that amount times 2. If Tyga doesn't fork over the loot by Saturday, the landlord will go for eviction and charge him $833.33 a day in rent." Fun fact: this is the house where Tyga lived with Blac Chyna ... so she's named as a defendant too. Just last month, Tyga was ordered to pay $80,000 in back rent to another Calabasas landlord. We have reached out to Tyga's lawyer for comment ... so far no word back.

See Top 6 Nigerian Banks and how much they Pay Their Staff Monthly

The banking sector in Nigeria is one of highest paying sector as far as salaries are concerned. What banks pay their workers however differs from bank to bank. This is partly due to the fact that there are no particular regulations that stipulate what private organisations should pay their workers. Also, the financial strength, customer base and performance of the bank are other factors responsible for how much a bank pays.

Here is what some banks pay their staff in Nigeria.

CLICK HERE TO SEE THE TOP 6

1 of Top 6 Nigerian Banks and how much they Pay Their Staff Monthly

1. Zenith Bank

Zenith bank which is regarded as one of the most stable and reliable banks in Nigeria as of today pays its entry level staff about N110,000 (One hundred and ten thousand) monthly, which comes to about N1,320,000 (One million, three hundred and twenty thousand Naira) per annum. This is reasonably good enough for young graduates who know what they are doing. Suffice to say that this payment subsists only for the probation period of about a year, after which the salary increases.

2. First Bank
As the name implies, First Bank is seen by many as the strongest bank in Nigeria and the bank has many achievements to prove this point. First Bank’s pay for its entry level staff goes between N90,000 to N110,000 monthly depending on department or unit. And this increases with confirmation and as you grow in rank within the system. Though FBN is the oldest bank in Nigeria, many people still prefer to work there because they believe that the chances of job security here are higher than some new generation banks.

5. Fidelity Bank
Fidelity is one of the new generation banks, but has done quite well within a short period of its existence. The bank started as a Mortgage bank in 1988 and converted to a commercial bank in 1990. On the salary scale, it is doing pretty well too for its staff. Fidelity pays about N140,000 monthly at entry level, an amount many young graduates will agree is good enough to start planning life with in Nigeria.

6. Central Bank of Nigeria
It is also good to know what the apex bank pay its staff. CBN does one month training for its new intakes and pays N122,000 per month afterwards. This is aside the many mouth-watering allowances. Many industry watchers say CBN is the master when it comes to allowances. So what is lacking in actual salary is made up for in allowances.

Do you work in a bank or have relations working there? You can add a comment to give us an idea how much the bank pays.

Disarray In Ile Ife As Palace Chiefs Debunk Ooni Of Ife Death Report

The Ife royal authority on Wednesday asked the world to disregard reports from the passing of the Ooni of Ife, Okunade Sijuwade, saying it remains the main trustworthy authority to declare the downfall of the lord.  The royal residence likewise denied Oba Sijuwade had gone on.  News of the 1st class Traditional eader in the South-West of Nigeria broke late Tuesday evening and has been generally distributed over all media network.

Yet, tending to columnists at the royal residence of the Ooni in Ife, the Traditonal high chief of the land, Joseph Ijaodola, Debunk claims Oba Sijuwade passed on in a London doctor’s facility Tuesday.  The Lowa Adimula of Ife, joined by the secretary, Royal Traditional Council, Adetoye Odewole, who spoke on behalf of other high chief, denied the news being circled crosswise over network of the media.

The Traditional chiefs said if the Ooni had passed, the royal residence would be the first to know, and would be the main power to report the advancement. They depicted reports of the ruler’s passing as minor gossip, the sort they said had been spread in regards to the traditional ruler in the past. They reviewed that the Ooni was supposed to have kicked the bucket in 1982 and in the year 2004, and approached inhabitants of Ile-Ife to discard the rumour and continue with their businesses.

It’s Not the Muslims Stup*d!

by GH Eliason
@TomiLahren’s rant heard round’ the world was the first I’ve ever heard of her. I listened to it a couple of times and a few of her other shows to understand her perspective and motivation. The way she repeatedly ties radical terrorism to Islam and then backs off half a step before letting loose another salvo against Muslims and president Obama is almost artistic.
I live in Donbas and there are currently over 200 ISIL terrorists operating here. Should the US bomb them and everyone that supports them Tomi?

Its Not the Muslims Stupid

The new Russian Naval Doctrine – one very important sentence

Russia has recently published her new official Naval Doctrine.  The full document can be downloaded from the Presidency’s website here (in Russian).

To be honest, there is nothing earth shattering in this document.  The document explains the purpose of this doctrine, the missions of the Russian Navy and includes a region by region review of the challenges and opportunities for Russia on the world’s oceans, including the Arctic and Antarctic regions. But there is one sentence which, I think, deserves a lot of attention.  On page 20, in the section 54 it says:

5.5 Ways to Choose a Groovy Nightclub

Talk to friends

If you have got friends who love spending nights out in town, they can give you first-hand information which you will use to determine which nightclub to pick. Friends who have visited these clubs before can authoritatively tell you about the bar, music and other things you feel are important. However, no matter what anyone says, don’t go alone. Go with a friend and one other person that doesn’t take alcoholic drinks. He or she will be the ‘wing-man’ who drives you and your friends home if you get tipsy.

1st Interesting Tip for a Ladies day’s out!

Similar interests.

For a fun day with your girls, invite friends that you have similar likes and tastes with; especially the ones who are true to you and will have no qualms packing a bag and hopping on the next vehicle out of town just to make you happy.

Tagging along people you have a frosty or malicious relationship with can spoil the mood and nobody wants to live with that memory. If you have got childhood friends who you would like to reconnect with, now is also a good time to meet and bond with them.
