Burundi president's chief security officer assassinated

Gunmen wearing military uniforms shot dead a former Burundian security chief who was a close ally of President Pierre Nkurunziza yesterday Sunday August 2nd. According to presidential spokesman, Willy Nyamitwe who confirmed the news, Gen. Adolphe Nshimirimana (pictured) was assassinated yesterday in a car alongside three of his bodyguards in the Kamenge district in Bujumbura.

Reggae star, Oritz Wiliki says the problems plaguing his fellow reggae legend Majek Fashek is beyond drugs. He says it's spiritual.
 "His problem is beyond drugs; it is spiritual. Sometimes, if you have a one-on-one conversation with him, he would discuss with you as if nothing was wrong with him. I also think part of the problems is that he is not engaged. You know, an idle mind is the devil’s work­shop. If we put him in rehab and he finds something doing after he is okay, Majek will be well 100 per cent I can assure you. Even in his present condition, he still maintains the same aura on stage that he had when he was the rave. Armed Robbers Attack Bridal Train In Imo State, One Dead, Others Injured Badly

A band of masked armed robbers attacked a bridal train at Mgbuishii, Ohaji/Egbema local government area of Imo State, killing the video camera man and badly wounded others, including the photographer in the process, Vanguard reports.

It was gathered that the newly wed couple were wedded at Chimezie Catholic Parish, Mgbuishii, were on their way back to Owerri for the reception, when robbers suddenly jumped out of the nearby bush and attacked the bridal train.

PureLeef body enhancement company claim they didnt pay Kylie Jenner to promote them

A couple of days ago, Kylie said she got her curve butt and fuller breasts by using an enhancing product called PureLeef, well she got tons of backlash for what some say is an inappropriate Instagram photo promoting the company’s butt enhancement and breast plumping creams. A lot of people didn't believe her asstes were real, saying she got her butt and boobs from surgical knives, not the enhancing cream. However, the company insists the endorsement was unsolicited. They say they didn't pay Kylie a dime for the promotion. PureLeef says, “We feel our way is much safer and less final than surgery or black market 'butt injections' all while producing real results.”

Graphic photos: Uganda lady stabs Nigerian boyfriend in the eye in Malaysia

Details about what really happened are sketchy but according to multiple Uganda websites, a popular pimp named Phiona Namatovu but popularly known as Aaliyah stabbed her Nigerian lover in the eye after she found him having sex with one of her ladies. This happened in Malaysia but the websites didn't say when exactly it happened. Aaliyah is alleged to specialize in bringing women from Uganda to Malaysia for prostitution.

The injured man was simply identified as a 49yr old from Nigeria. Police in Malaysia have arrested Aaliyah for attempted murder while the injured man is receiving treatment at a hospital. See more photos after the jump...

Man shot dead by suspected hired assasins this afternoon in PH (photos)

This happened this afternoon in the city of Port Harcourt. Gunmen suspected to be hired assassins chased the man in this vehicle to Sobaz filling station at Obi Wali Rd, Rumuigbo in Port Harcourt and shot him dead point blank in his car. SAD: Unknown murdered lady dumped at Olomore refuse dump (photo)

The people around St. Peters' area, Olomore, Abeokuta were shocked today to find the body of a dark-skinned lady dumped at the refuse dump near the taxi park. The lady looked like she'd been tortured as one arm had a deep cut. People in the area called the police who came and after almost three hours, removed the body.
