IDF Vehicle Comes Under Fire yesterday on Lebanon Border, 15 Israeli Soldiers Killed

An Israel Defense Force (IDF) vehicle was struck by an anti-tank missile near the Lebanese border Wednesday morning, killing 15 Israeli soldiers inside, Sputnik Arabic News Service reports.The IDF is said to have responded with artillery fire, at least 30 shells were fired back. IDF forces searched the area near Har Dov following the incident, the Daily Star says.

The cutting-edge ejector seat developed by the Zvezda R&D firm is meant for light one-or-two-seater aircraft and ensures a safe exit from stalling and nose-diving planes.
Because traditional ejector seats are too heavy for small planes, pilots and passengers often wear bulky parachutes on their backs and find it hard to bail out of the cabin, forced to rely on their physical strength and speed to stay alive.
“A pilot may find it hard to leave the cabin of a stalling plane because he would have to first unbuckle the harness, remove the canopy, get out and push himself away from the hull. It all takes time. Our system does it all in less than a second,” a Zvezda spokesman told RT.
Shocking VIDEO: Ukranian Troops Throw Nazi Salute in 'Training'
The video, which is only about a minute long, shows half-naked men of the paramilitary branch of Ukraine's army jumping around the room, looking less like serious fighters and more like inebriated fans at a punk-rock concert. Half way through the video, several men start throwing a series of distinguishable Nazi salutes that were used as a greeting in Nazi Germany.
To a witness, unfamiliar with the gesture, the whole thing looks like a chaotic tribal dance with some elements of fake martial arts. However, the act is a form of dance, popular among some underground subcultures, including extreme right-wing and Nazi skinheads.
The video was published on the same day as the world marked the International Holocaust Remembrance Day and is a slap in the face of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, who himself spoke about the importance of remembering the victims of Holocaust at the Holocaust Memorial event on Tuesday.

Poroshenko’s words seem somewhat ironic, considering the men currently fighting for his country's army appear to be glorifying Nazism — the very evil Ukraine claims to loathe in public.
The Azov Battalion is equipped with heavy weaponry and had done much of the fighting for Kiev. It was reported that a number of foreign volunteers were fighting with the infamous battalion. Previously, the Azov Battalion was criticized for right-wing extremism and operating outside the law, the Guardian reported.

Medvedev: Russia's Reaction to Exclusion from SWIFT Banking Would be "Without Limits"
KHMELYOVO VILLAGE (Bryansk Region), January 27, (TASS) – Western nations’ threatens to sanction Russia’s operations through the SWIFT worldwide bank exchange framework will incite Russia’s counter-reaction without cutoff points, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday.
“We’ll watch developments and if such decisions are made, I want to note that our economic reaction and generally any other reaction will be without limits,” he said.
In late August 2014, media reports said the UK had proposed banning Russia from the SWIFT system as a component of an up and coming new round of authorizations against Moscow over its stance on improvements in neighboring Ukraine. Then again, this proposal was not underpinned by the EU nations at the time. After late shelling of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol some western nations again began calling to disengage Russia from SWIFT.
