Kashamu's Lawyers Releases Press Statement Over NDLEA's Official Extradition Notice Served To Him

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA has said it has formally served Ogun Senator-elect, Buruji Kashamu, a notice by the United States Government, demanding his extradition for drug-trafficking offences in their country.The service was said to have been made on June 1 in suit number FHC/ABJ/CS/479/2015 with a copy made available to the Chief Judge, Federal High Court. So, will Kashamu now be deported?

Impeachment: Fayose, PDP beg Buhari to intervene

Tension rose again in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, on Monday as supporters of the state Governor, Ayodele Fayose, and some Peoples Democratic Party members laid   siege to the state House of Assembly in Ado Ekiti .

Their action was to prevent the 19 All Progressives Congress lawmakers from gaining entry to the assembly to actualise their move to impeach Fayose. While the siege lasted, the national leadership of the PDP and Fayose urged President Muhammadu Buhari to intervene in the matter.
