Nigerian-born Felix Duke began his music career in 1986 He performed in student’s concert at Baptist High School, Benin. He was Influenced by the likes of reggae artiste; Dennis Brown, Freddie McGregor and U Roy, Felix developed his musical skills playing the drums and bass guitar, and any musical instrument he could lay his hands on. Then in 1987, he got the chance to major as a drummer for Segun Alile and his band, which toured the state of Edo playing at various events.
He released his first single "My season” which had tracks like “ Wa lare” [come on everybody] and has won several awards.

Four years in the studio and three tours of Africa later, Felix released his second album “Mr Goody Goody” which also had tracks like “baba baba” Featuring 2face Idibia and Sunny Nneji, the success of this album earned him the prestigious FAME music award for the best reggae music of the year in 2000. This confirmed Felix Duke’s status as a serious player on the Africa music scene..
Felix was so won over by the vibe of the UK’s capital that he decided to make his home there. The Nigerian Diaspora welcomes him with open arms by asking him to play at the Miss Nigeria UK competition held at the Hackney Empire.
In 2005,he relocated back to Nigeria and released his second album “Joanna” In 2006. Joanna was successful that the album gave himself several Awards both in Nigeria and Abroad.
And here is a new song from Felix Duke 'CYNTHIA' featuring Patoranking and 100degree.
