Scary Pic: Bird allegedy changes into full a grown woman at Oshodi !

In accordance with Twitter user, @davidTheGear, a few momemts ago at Oshodi, a bird fell from a higher tension wire and landed on a lawn and converted into a woman. The girl that the bird supposedly converted into had nearly all of her skin peeled. Photo above. Can this be explained apart from she's a witch?
