Gombe bomb BLAST
The Police in Gombe have affirmed that 19 individuals kicked the bucket and 25 others sustained wounds amid a bomb impact that happened at Dukku car park, Gombe, on Monday.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the state, DSP Fwaji Atajri, revealed this while briefing newsmen in Gombe.
Atajri said the police had taken the wounded persons to the doctor’s facility and deposited the corpses at the mortuary.
The PPRO said investigation concerning the incident had started however that no arrest had yet been made. He reviewed that a vehicle laden with 10 barrels of Improvised Explosive Devices (Ieds) was as of late captured by a joint group of Police and Army in Bajoga and urged general society to be vigilant.
