On Monday night December 22nd, Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola turned on “the Lagos Festival of Lights to authoritatively proclaim the Christmas season with a huge number of beautiful lights from the entire stretch of the Marina through Ahmadu Bello Way to Bar Beach.
