There are reports by individuals aware of present circumstances that Chelsea and Super Eagles midfielder, Mikel Obi is building a small estate in the Ajah/Badorenew development territory of Lagos. Mikel and his accomplices (plus a bank) are wanting to assemble in excess of 100 lodging units of 2/3/4bedroom administration condo, a multipurpose lobby and recreational facilities. The home will be called Chelsea Estate and development has as of now started.
