The Lagos State Governor-elect, Akinwunmi Ambode, at the weekend paid courtesy visits to previous governors of the state.
Those he went to include, Brigadier-General(rtd) Mobolaji Johnson, Real Admiral (rtd) Ndubuisi Kanu, Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe and the first elected civilian governor non military personnel legislative head of the state, Alhaji Lateef Jakande.
Mr. Ambode said he came to pay reverence and show thankfulness for their backing during and after the electioneering campaign. He requested for their continued support , guidance and prayers to God. He likewise formally welcomed them for his inauguration on May 29, 2015.
