Photos: Two men arrested for causing a traffic accident in which two Cambodian men were killed


Two Cambodian men were instantly killed at 11:00pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 along Route 4 between 165-166 km, located in Taney village, Jerng Kork commune, Prey Nup district, Sihanuk Vills, Cambodia after a traffic accident, allegedly caused by a Nigerian driver Obiora Dozie Frank, 32, and his friend. Vzondo Farian, 33.




According to the Police, a RAV4 driven by Dozie Frank caused the accident (plate number Phnom Penh 2F-9446). He was driving fast , heading from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville. Unfortunately, he hit a black motorcycle without plate numbers, causing both Cambodian men to die.

The victims have been identified as Meach, Sarith, 53, a construction worker and another man who is yet to be identified.







Both Nigerian men were arrested and the RAV4 and motorcycle were confiscated, being kept at Prey Num police department for a legal procedures.
