The Lagos state Police summon have captured two suspected human parts merchants distinguished as Dipo Olorunto and one Baba Isegun otherwise known as Asiwaju while attempting to sell human parts during the weekend at Atan Ota range of Ogun State.
As indicated by Daily Independent, 35 year old Dipo Olorunto who cases to be farmer and married with four youngsters, said he was reached by a companion of Baba Isegun to help him get a human skull which was to be utilized for the treatment of rationally sick patients. Dipo said he got the skull at Cotonou, Benin Republic for N12,500.
“Baba Isegun told me to bring a human skull for him to buy. He said he uses it to treat sicknesses such as madness. I work as a farmer in Atan Ota area. It was a friend who introduced me to Baba Isegun that I could help him get human parts. I have to go to Cotonou to buy the head. I wanted to sell it to him for N20, 000. But police arrested me before I got to him.” he said
Affirming their captured, the Lagos state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Kenneth Nwosu said the suspects will soon be charged to court. He said that Baba Isegun got sick while in police care and has been discharged on wellbeing grounds yet will come back to stand trial when he gets to be restoratively fit.

A man has been charged for being in ownership of 589 permanent voter cards. The 29-year-old man Animashaun Lukmon, was charged under the watchful eye of a justice’s court, sitting in Ikeja, on Monday, December 15, for unlawful ownership of the Pvc’s.
As indicated by the police prosecutor, Inspector Edet Okoi, Lukmon perpetrated the wrongdoing on November 20, at Itire Primary School in Lagos. The police asserted that Lukmon was in possession of 589 bits of permanent voter cards fitting in with different individuals and some INEC records.
The charge sheet reads partially:
“That you, Animashaun Lukmon, at Itire Primary School, in the Lagos magisterial district, was unlawfully in possession of 589 pieces of permanent voter cards belonging to various people.”
The charged, Lukmon, on the other hand, argued not blameworthy guilty to the acclaimed charges and was admitted to bail by the Magistrate, Mrs Dan Oni

“I have a feeling that he (Muhammadu Buhari) will speak to you tomorrow on who his running mate will be. The party has consulted with the candidate and we have reached some agreement and he will address you tomorrow,” Chief Oyegun told newsmen today.

Afghan Taliban have denounced the assault by Pakistani Taliban on a military run school in Pakistan prior today. 126 individuals were murdered, 84 of them kids.
In an announcement discharged by its representative, Zabihullah Mujahid, Afghan Taliban said;
“The intentional killing of innocent people, children and women are against the basics of Islam and this criteria has to be considered by every Islamic party and government.”
Pakistani Taliban are partitioned from yet partnered to the Afghan Taliban across the border. Both intend to topple their own governments and build an Islamic state.
On Monday, December 15, a Federal High Court sitting in Oyo state instructed the Inspector-General of Police, Suleiman Abba, to examine Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo.
Justice Ayo Emmanuel allowed a request of mandamus convincing the Inspector-General of Police, to examine asserted criminal exercises leveled against the ruler.
In his decision, Emmanual said he was granting the prayers of the applicants since the respondents did not challenge the contents of a 17-paragraph affidavit filed by the applicants in support of their motion.
The candidates, Jacob Oluokun and Sulaimon Ishola, had implored the court to propel the IGP to investigate the Alaafin in an appeal submitted to the IGP dated March 18, 2014 and conveyed to the IG on April 17, 2014. The suit was enlisted on July 7, 2014, while the court sat on the matter on October 6, November 29, December 4 and entered its administering on December 15, 2014.
Justice Emmanuel ruled, saying:Pursuant to order 34 rules 3(4) of the Federal High Court rules and under the inherent jurisdiction of this honourable court, the prayers are hereby granted.”
The Chief Press Secretary to Alaafin of Oyo, Azeez Fehintola, responded to the decision, saying it was abnormal to the ruler as he had no knowledge of the suit.

ABUJA, December 17 (Ooduarere) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a phone discussion with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, examining the circumstances in Donbas (Ukraine’s southeastern areas), Kremlin’s press administration published Wednesday.
Kremlin’s statement stressed “the importance of a swift meeting of the Contact Group with the aim of implementing the Minsk agreements and facilitating dialogue between Kiev and [Ukraine’s] southeast”.
“The issues of the economic recovery of the affected regions [Donbas] and the provision of humanitarian and social support to the [local] population have [also] been discussed,” the statement added.

A fire incident at mainstream Labaowo Market, Ogunpa in Ibadan, Oyo State, has left brokers in anguish after a segment of the business sector was desolated by fire.
Numerous dealers lost all their products as there was very little that might be possible to rescue some of their belongings. They assembled and wailed wildly as flame immersed their means for occupation.
The market sector went up on fire around 10am after an inflammable item burst into flames. A large number of Naira was lost in the blaze. See a few photographs after the cut…
