The suit was enlisted on July 7, 2014, while the court sat on the matter on October 6, November 29, December 4 and entered its administering on December 15, 2014.

The Chief Press Secretary to Alaafin of Oyo, Azeez Fehintola, responded to the decision, saying it was abnormal to the ruler as he had no knowledge of the suit.
