The three children, Harry, Millie and Daniel Neville-Lake, all under the age of 10 died in hospital after a three-vehicle collision on Sunday near the intersection of Kirby Rd. & Kipling Ave, Vaughan, Canada. A 65-year-old man also died while two woman are receiving treatment and are expected to survive.

South African actress nabbed with 15 packages of drugs at Tambo International Airport
The South African actress whose identity will be revealed tomorrow when she appears in court was arrested at Tambo International Airport on Sunday, September 27, as she arrived from Abu Dhabi, South African Revenue Service said in a statement‚ describing it as “a significant seizure”. Buhari orders Hajj commission to account for all Nigerian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia
President Buhari has ordered the National Hajj Commission and the Nigerian Embassy in Saudi Arabia to urgently account for all Nigerian pilgrims in the aftermath of the stampede that happened in Makka last Thursday. In a statement released by his Senior Special Assistant Garba Shehu, Pres. Buhari gave the directive following conflicting reports on the number of Nigerians who died or suffered injuries in the catastrophe which claimed well over 700 lives. The statement states that President Buhari is very concerned that days after the unfortunate incident, some Nigerian families are still grappling with painful uncertainty over the fate of their relatives who traveled to Saudi Arabia for this year's Hajj. He has also ordered the National Hajj Commission to work with the various state pilgrim boards, Islamic organisations and private travel agencies involved in Hajj operations to speedily provide a confirmed and verifiable report on the status of every Nigerian pilgrim in Saudi Arabia.

A two-month-old baby who lived in a car with his homeless parents has tragically died.
The baby boy, known only as Donald, was born prematurely two months ago and the cause of his death is unknown.
Donald ended up sleeping in the car after his parents were evicted from a house they were renting and couldn't afford the deposit for a new place.
Jane gave birth to Donald, her first child, on July 6 by emergency caesarean after suffering from pre-eclampsia and kidney problems.

Her parents moved forward with a lawsuit against Lucky Gunner, the online ammunition store that supplied Holmes with the ammo he used in the deadly shooting.

A teenage migrant was found unconscious, stuffed beneath the car dashboard of a BMW salon car after officers searched the car when it arrived at Spain's border of its north African enclave of Melilla on Thursday September 24th. Police discovered him after detecting his heartbeat as he tried to smuggle into Spain. He was a 19-year-old migrant from Guinea and when he was found, he wasn't breathing well, and police rushed him to a hospital for resuscitation. One Spaniard was later caught and charged with human trafficking over the incident.
NAHCON confirms death of 54 Nigerians in Hajj stampede
The chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Barrister Abdullahi Muktar Muhammed has confirmed the death of 54 Nigerians from the stampede that occurred in Saudi Arabia in the process of stoning the devil last week Friday. Speaking with journalist in Makkah last night, Muhammed said 42 out of the 54 that died were from states pilgrims welfare board while 16 were those brought to Saudi Arabia by tour operators. He said 2 officials of NAHCON also died in the stampede. According to him, the dead Nigerians were from Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Borno, Zamfara, Cross River, Jigawa, Kano, Kogi and Kebbi states. Regarding some missing pilgrims, Muhammed said there are hopes that they will still be found alive and that a committee to go in search of the missing pilgrims has been constituted.

Meanwhile, a middle-aged man who reportedly went to visit his female friend at Agidaese Street, in Ogwashi-Uku Community of the state was said to have died on Friday.
The man, according to sources, slumped in his girlfriend’s room after a marathon sexual intercourse and died on the spot.

Police Arrest Oshiomole's Driver
Security operatives attached to the Edo state government arrested one of the drivers in the convoy of Governor Adams Oshiomhole.
Leadership reports that the driver was apprehended on Friday, September 25, over his alleged attempts to break into the account section of Edo state government house.

Boko Haram Attacks Kogi DSS Office, Frees 30 Suspects
No fewer than 30 people detained at the Kogi State office of the Directorate of State Service were freed on Friday night when it was attacked by gunmen suspected to be members of the Boko Haram sect.
This was as four people, including an anti-riot policeman, were reportedly killed in the attack by the invading insurgents.
The attackers were said to have immediately made for the cell of the DSS office located along Hassan Katsina Road, Lokoja, and released all suspects kept there after gaining entrance.

Sokoto Chief Imam Killed In Hajj Stampede
The Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has disclosed that Sheikh Liman Dan-Ata, the Chief Imam of the Sultan Abubakar III Juma’at Mosque, Sokoto, was among those killed in the stampede in Mina, Saudi Arabia where over 700 lives was lost. This was disclosed in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday by the Media Assistant to the agency Alhaji Farouk Umar.
According to NAN, the state government had in a statement issued on Saturday by Imam Imam, spokesman to Gov. Aminu Tambuwal, confirmed the killing of nine other pilgrims from the state in the Mina stampede. The agency also confirmed the killing of the immediate Caretaker Chairman of Illela Local Government Area of the state, Alhaji Bello Gidan-Hamma, his mother, step-mother and two wives in the stampede.
