OVER 6,000 members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, yesterday defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Idanre, Ondo State.

This came as National Chairman of the APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun inaugurated a 50-member campaign council for the governorship elections in the state.

The APC defectors were led by Adebowale Olowoeye popularly known as Olumose and Bidemi Oladapo.

Political Deadlock And Military Escalation In Donbass

The military situation in the Donbass region is remaining tense despite the declarations about a new stage of weapons withdrawal and an announcement of unilateral ceasefire by the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) from September 15. The both sides have been continuing to accuse each other in violations of the ceasefire and fresh casualties have been reported. According to the official Kiev, 15 Ukrainian soldiers were killed as result of firefights and shellings in Donbass in September. The DPR and LPR casualties were reported about 20 killed in fighting. A day after I tried American food in the first time, I woke up covered in eczema, something I never had before. Thinking that I got infected with some horrible tropical disease during my flight, I went to see a doctor who explained to me that I had an allergic reaction to food and gave me some meds.
