Russia Elections results, The US Military revolt and a Syrian kerfuffle SITREP by Scott Humor

Russian election results in two words: We Won!
In May I posted an article, Waiting for Yalta – 2, or What the Kerry-Lavrov pact brings to the table.  In accidence with the new principles of the new world. ” Color revolutions” will not be allowed.
It doesn’t mean that an illegitimate government of the US won’t stop plotting them. We simply can’t let the illegitimate government of the US to keep destroying country after country, leaving in its wake mountains of dead bodies, drastically reduced population, poverty, hunger on unprecedented level, the degradation of civil societies that extremely difficult if not impossible to stop and reverse.

Erdogan Calls Putin as Russia Seethes at Turkey’s Syrian Incursion

Note by the Saker: I have to admit that I still am rather puzzled by the Turkish “invasion” of Syria.  There are several hypotheses about what the Turks are really up to and what their real goal is.  Since my friends Alexander Mercouris and Mark Sleboda seem to have a much better understanding of what is happening than I, I submit to your attention their analysis rather than to exposes you to my confused guesses.

In the immediate aftermath of the Turkish capture of Jarablus in Syria Turkish President Erdogan telephoned his “friend Putin” on Friday 27th August 2016.

The Daily Daesh D-Day Dilemma

by Ghassan Kadi

In the closing article of “The Daesh Chronicles”; The Prognosis, I raised the alarm about the high likelihood of Daesh attacks increasing in frequency and domain of activity. I even warned that they may become daily events that the West will one day have to contemplate.

In hindsight, I did not expect the escalation of those attacks to reach this threshold so soon, because daily attacks are already a reality in the West; especially Europe.

The Central Issue in the U.S. Presidential Campaign - must read

by Eric Zuesse
The central issue in the U.S. Presidential campaign can’t even be discussed in U.S. newsmedia, because America’s media have been almost uniformly complicit all along in hiding from the American public the crucial factual information that’s necessary in order for the public to vote in an intelligent and truthfully informed way about it. No news medium wants to report its own having been complicit in anything; so, the cover-up here just continues; it has a life of its own, even though it’s a life that brings the world closer and closer to a situation which would kill billions of people, as things get increasingly out-of-control the longer this coverup continues. The cycle of virtually uniform lying thus persists, despite the growing danger it produces.

At about the 45th second, he is seized and taken away from the truck. The document was posted online by a certain On Elpleg, an Israeli living in Norway. It was relayed by Ynet, website of the foremost daily Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot. Youtube suppressed the video, retrieved by Hicham Hamza.

Emigre Super Bloc – Clinton’s Jihadis | Will the Super Delegates Vote YES to More Terrorism?

by GH Eliason
By the end of this section, you will understand Islamic terrorism better than most analysts. Where it came from, where it’s going, who’s driving it there will be to a large degree answered. The background detail makes this poignantly clear.
Can we trust American politicians that already know these things, like the idea of them, and throughout the primary cast their superdelegate vote to make sure terrorism becomes a fixture in our world? How about in our own country?
