Buhari tells Nigerians in South Africa to respect themselves...

During his visit to Nigerian residents in South Africa yesterday, President Buhari told them to conduct themselves with respect in the country, promising to look into how to strengthen Nigeria's relationship with South Africa and also look into the recent Xenophobic attacks.

Two young men have been remanded in custody for reportedly committing homosexual acts. 


Two young fellows Ebuka Anyasi, 23, and Michael Ikegbunam, 19, have been remanded in jail by a Chief Magistrates’ Court in Onitsha, Anambra State, after they were blamed for assaulting two young men, Ifechukwu Okafor, 14, and Tagbo Chukwuka, 13.


The court presided by Magistrate Nkemdilim Ike, heard that the two suspects purportedly schemed among themselves to confer crime by having sex with the young men, and in addition locking both victims in confinement while the unnatural demonstration went on for seven days.


They supposedly did the act on June 6, 2015 on Okolonji Street, Odoakpu, Onitsha, as per the prosecutor, ASP Clem Nwancho.


Nwancho said that Anyasi and Ikegbunam have a place in the cartel of gay people who were caught with the accused and granted bail by the police however had all jumped bail contending that in the event that they were allowed bail as upheld by the defence counsel, John Chukwuma, there were likely to vanish.


In her presiding, Ike coordinated the cousel for the defense and plaintiffs to a written application for bail and against bail before June 22, while requesting that the suspects be remanded in custody at the Onitsha jail pending the hearing.

Winners pastor kidnapped during prayers in Calabar

The Senior Resident Pastor of Winners Chapel, along IBB Way in Calabar, Cross River State, Mr. Seyi Adekunle, was on Saturday, abducted by yet-to-be identified kidnappers, who stormed the church premises around 8pm.
The development created confusion among members of the church, who had gathered at the church to pray for the success of the Sunday service.

The confusion, according to an eyewitness, stemmed from the fact that the church is located next to the headquarters of the Airport Division of the Nigeria Police in Calabar, but it took officers and men of the division 30 minutes to arrive at the church after they were contacted for an emergency.

For acting as Puppet for foreign countries, Morsi bags life imprisonment, court confirms Death Sentence


Earlier on Tuesday, the court sentenced Morsi to life imprisonment for spying for outside intelligence services.


The Cairo Criminal Court on Tuesday maintained capital punishment for ex-president Mohammed Morsi over mass jailbreaks amid Egypt’s 2011 uprising.


Earlier on Tuesday, the court sentenced Morsi to life jail for supposedly spying for outside intelligence services. The decision was telecast by Egyptian state TV. The decision comes after the court counseled Egypt’s grand mufti, the administration mediator of Islamic law who plays an advisory part.


In May, Morsi and a number of his Muslim Brotherhood partners were accused of coordinating a 2011 jail break. The cases were transfered to the Grand Mufti, the nation’s top religious scholar for affirmation.


Earlier on Tuesday, Morsi got life imprisonment for purportedly spying for outside intelligence services. An attorney for one of the sentenced Muslim Brotherhood individuals said earlier in the day that plans were in progress to appeal Morsi’s capital punishment.

More than 31 regular citizens, generally children,women and elderly leaving Rahman Mosque were killed by renegade shelling in Aleppo, Syria, yesterday. What’s more, more than a 100 injured.


“These terrorists were shelling civilians and Muslims learning how to recite the Koran. The aim is to terrorise people,” Information Minister Omran al-Zubi told state television.


The Syrian armed force and dissidents have been battling for quite a long time in Aleppo, which was the nation’s financial and modern center before rebels assumed control over the northeastern parts of the city in July 2012. More photographs bellow.

Here are pics of an incident that happened in my general area last two Saturdays. A gentleman went to his companion’s place with his girlfriend. A couple of hours later, the young lady turned out shouting rape. Furthermore, later the gentleman turned out excessively shouting help. The young lady had blood on her cloth and after that she was given a fabric to cover herself. Be that as it may, when the fellow turned out with blood on his body everybody was stunned and that is the point at which we knew the young lady bit off his penis and this was done with her teeth. The gentleman was taken to the healing facility yet when they got to the clinic they understood that the other part was no more there. Photos as Former Jigawa governor returns to Nigeria


The moment past governor of Jigawa state, Alhaji Sule Lamido, who has been blamed for plotting with his children, Aminu and Mustapha Lamido to take about N1.3 billion from his state while he was governor, returned to Nigeria yesterday June 15th. He went on vacation governor after handing over power to the new administration. When he returned yesterday, he was welcomed by his supporters at the Dutse International Airport.
