Ekiti governorship election tribunal in abuja upholds Fayose's election

An Ekiti state governorship decision tribunal sitting in Abuja has maintained the June 21st governorship race in Ekiti state in which Ayo Fayose was pronounced champ.

At a sitting today Dec. nineteenth, the tribunal released the appeal documented by the APC and its competitor, Kayode Fayemi, challenging the triumph of Gov Ayo Fayose in the governorship decision. The court in its governing said the request documented by the APC was “inadequate in legitimacy”.
