A series of explosions have hit the Syrian city of Tel Tamer, leaving 15 dead and more than one hundred wounded.
Terrorists have detonated three cars in the city of Tel Tamer, in the Syrian province al Hasakah, a source in the people's militia told RIA Novosti. Casualties among civilians are reported.
"There were three explosions. One car exploded near a military hospital of the Kurdish self-defense forces, another two blasts hit the streets nearby. There are casualties; the number is still unclear," the source said.
Syria has been in a state of civil war since 2011, with the country’s government fighting a number of opposition factions as well as radical Islamist groups, including the Islamic State (ISIL, or Daesh in Arabic) and the al Nusra Front.
