Hadizat Jibrin, the girl of the immediate past head of Naval staff (CNS) Vice chief of naval operations usman Jibrin had her traditional marriage/Nikki to her playmate, Ibiso Aboko from Rivers state on Saturday eighteenth July, 2015.
