In what could be described as reprisals attacks, a group of trained local hunters on Tuesday in Gulak village of Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State, arrested three suspected members of Boko Haram dreaded sect.
A member representing Madagali constituency in the state House of Assembly, Emmanuel Tsamdu, confirmed the arrest of the three suspected terrorists.

Terrorists struck in Kulbagawa village last week killing five people.
Mr. Tsamdu said the arrests were possible because 200 local hunters were engaged to chase out insurgents in their hide outs.
“The effort made by our young hunters yesterday is commendable. Reports reaching me say they have arrested three members of Boko Haram in Gulak.
‘’The Local Hunters in Madagali are joining forces with those from Gombi areas to chase them (Boko Haram) out of our own territory.
“The locals from Gombi seems to know the terrain and the hide out of this wicked people. Their coming will equally boost the morale of those youths from madagali and other areas for the fight against the insurgents”,Mhe said.
