Is that cancer? She was spotted this morning at Peace Park Nsukka Enugu state by a NIgeria Property reader who took photos. The reader said she could barely stand for more than 15 seconds while begging for alms from passengers. If there are folks around that area who can help her...take her to a hospital or something.
